Anna's Haus ist ein sehr schönes antikes Anwesen mit viel Raum und schönen Details. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und der ruhige Innenhof und der riesige Garten mit Naturpool sind einzigartig. Anna hilft bei Problemen rasch weiter. Während unserem Aufenthalt hatten wir keine stabile Internetverbindung, dies war eventuell durch Bauarbeiten an der Telekominfrastruktur im Dorf bedingt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Een prachtig stijlvol huis, met veel ruimte en comfort. Er is een geweldig mooie grote en schone vijver waar je in kunt en mag zwemmen langs de waterlelies etc. Erg fijne vakantie gehad en dat was ook grotendeels door deze prachtige locatie.

This house was a very charming old home. The decorations were beautiful and the bathtubs were huge! We had some trouble with the A/C and the front gate but Anna was responsive in helping us sort out issues as they came up.

What a lovely time we had in Arona! Anna’s house was amazing with a beautiful garden and living areas and bed rooms. The traffic in and around Arona was tricky but the lakes extremely beautiful. We rode bicycles around the Lago Di Varese then swam off the boardwalk in Arona.

wunderschönes, renoviertes Gebäude, mit sehr vielen kleinen Details ausgestattet. Der weitläufige Garten mit dem Teich ist traumhaft. Ein schöner Ort zum Entspannen. Der Kontakt mit Anna war sehr freundlich und sie hat immer innert kürzester Zeit geantwortet und organisiert. Gerne wieder ;o)

La maison et les jardins sont magnifiques et bien situés ( proches de l autoroute mais pas de bruit et à 10 minutes d arona ). On s y sent tout de suite en vacances .Anna est très réactive . A recommander !

What an amazing place to stay! A lovely quirky house and garden with so much space. Really comfy beds and in a quiet area so we slept really well. We were two adults and three children (aged 4, 6 and 9) so the toys provided were very much appreciated and well used. The kids loved playing around the pool too but the garden is not one where young children could be left to play unsupervised as it is not visible from the house. This is not a problem though because you can take your cup of tea/wine/beer with you and relax while they play. We cooked for ourselves most of the week and found the kitchen to be well equipped. Small supermarkets in Oleggio Castello and Arona, hypermarket (il gigante) in Dormaletto, most are closed 12.30-3 ish. We ate out at Pizza & Fig in Arona which was good and family friendly. Most places don't open in the evening until 6.30 or 7. We had mixed weather but recommended sights for trips out are the statue of Colloso di San Carlo Borromeo (quite an experience!), a boat trip to the islands (quite expensive but worth it), Lake Orta/ Orta San Gulio and the animal park near Stressa. Decided against a cable car trip due to the weather which would have limited the possibility of good views but I'm sure they would be spectacular on a clear day. The umbrellas provided were also much appreciated! A unique place to stay, we loved it.

Anna's place is very nice, full of light and it keeps the old spirit of the house. The kids loved the soft and cuddly beds. The kitchen is great and makes you want to stay home and cook. Bathrooms are spacious. The garden is exceptional, and a great place to relax after a day hiking around the lake, while the kids (and the dog) could run around. We really enjoyed our stay there. Anna and Saverio are lovely and really quick to respond when there are questions.

Anna's place is amazing. It's an old converted barn with huge beams and big spaces. Full of arty pieces and an amazing place to stay. Its only a km from the autostrada but you would never know. Really well heated as we were there in January. Huge garden and I would recommend to anyone who wants a true Italian experience.

we had the privilege to spend a weekend at Anna's place. there is no much to say rather then AMAZING!! it's a beautiful Countryside residence full of charm but at the same time offers all the modern comforts; the Garden is to dream of and you can feel as for the house the owners passion and love for details. since weather wasn't great we spend lots of time at home and the fully equipped kitchen made us feel like at home(i.e. they even offer excellent extra virgin Olive oil bottle, nice touch!) . thank you, we will definitely come back!

The house is much better than expected! It is a nice, stylish place with a huge private garden with its numerous hidden corners and a private lake. If you need some rest or you do not have a car to drive around, you can easily stay in the house and have a great time there! The house is well located in the countryside, away from hustle and bustle of highways and cities. It is just a 15-minute drive from laggo d'Ort (highly recommended) a and 5-minute drive from laggo Maggiore. Stresa is about 20km away. We appreciated all the nice details in the house, a combination of history and modern style. All is well preserved! And, an IKEA touch, of course :) But not only the house is beautiful, it is comfortable to live in: comfortable beds, comfortable temperature ( we were there in the end of October when it becomes chilly at night), soft light and wellcoming atmosphere all together. The children couldn't help saying "wow" all the way through the first visit of the house! The hosts, Anna and Daniele, reply quickly and are happy to help you. I printed out the host's recommendations and followed them, no deceipts or disappointments. We spent an excellent weekend in this house and highly recomment it to all of you! I will definitely keep the address for future visits! Thank you Anna and Daniele! You know how to impress your guests!

Une maison chargée d'histoire et merveilleuse, un espace, une chaleur, bref un vrai palais... Parking fermé, calme, confort, les superlatifs vont manquer à mon vocabulaire. Une proximité des lacs, sans l'inconfort du monde, Milan... Les cathédrales à visiter, on ne s'ennuie pas. il y a toujours quelque chose à visiter. En plus Anna et toute la famille est sympathique et accueillante. Un grand merci encore
